AVH provides the ideal setup to interested innovators from all walks of life to explore healthcare and medical education challenges and test the real-life utilization of their solutions to provide possible evidence of impact, examine possible setbacks and readjust the working models accordingly. AVH lies inside the premises of the 4000-bed Ain Shams University Medical City that also includes Ain Shams faculty of medicine where more than 10.000 medical students from more than 40 countries are studying in 39 basic science and clinical departments.
We believe in multidisciplinary work, our ecosystem includes access to other services and labs within the milieu of AVH including; telehealth hardware and software solutions, AR/VR lab, human centered biomechatronics lab with a dedicated gait lab, 3D printers and scanners, together with consultancy services from our team of medical doctors, engineers, computer scientists and healthcare economists.
